It will take time for the staff to figure out how to handle Bellamy's knee, and how to handle Drinkwater's thigh, and how to handle Jay's calf (which has been troubling him since the play-off final).

Be patient !

Alot of guys are saying that but I beg to differ with them. If Southampton can tice the likes of Adkins away from Scunny we should be able to attract some good names under the leadership of the Malaysians. Prime example could have been Mark Hughes who seems to be getting quite a bit of praise at Fulham at the moment. Personally I dont think it would take much to get the right man in, someone eastablished and good references like.

Like who though?

Mark Hughes would have been a prime example when he was available. I cannot see him leaving Fulham now, not this early.

Guys I think who would be attracted to us from the premier I would go for Martinez, O'Neil or O'Leary. Yes I do believe they would consider coming to us. I think 2 of them are out of a club atm.

From the Championship I would like to see the likes of O'Driscoll or Robins. Although both are at a club I do believe we would be a step up for them.

From the lower leagues I cannot see us risking anyone there but if we had no choice I would go for that Exeter guy Tidale I think his name is. I reckon he could do what De Matteo has done for West Brom.

Martinez! O'Neil and O'Leary both good shouts
Tisdale very good call, the gypos were after him before they went for Buck Rogers/
It may appeal to Giggs or even Roy Keane. They would see potential :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
Thinking about it I reckon I saw Graeme Souness down the Vale the other day....
