That on its own would pay for Ikpeazu! ( and we'd be able to keep Moore)

Only £300k for the Liverpool match? Don’t we get 45% of the ticket revenue as well as TV money?

The money adds up to about 2 to 3 weeks of our annual wage bill .

We have to be grateful for the ££ but without sounding negative, I’m surprised that Sky have targeted us quite a bit as we’re hardly entertaining atm.

Maybe, but it still pays for Ikpeazu, and would allow us to keep Moore. And this money is not money the club could have expected, it's not taken into account when financial planning was made for the season.....whatever the Regimes 'financial Planning' actually was.

This is money that can save us from the drop. The saving THAT will make us will be more than the outlay of the signing of Ikpeazu.

We lost income due to no crowds in the stadium tho ,the TV money us welcomed due to this.

I thought we get 45% of gate receipts for an fa cup game Annis? or is the £300,000 you are referring to just tv money

We do get 45% of the gate receipts less costs for a FA cup game. So say the crowd was 50,000 and they paid £25 per head it would amount to about 500,000 in gate receipts plus TV money on top of that. So it was very lucrative beating Preston.

When I saw “brilliant” I thought hey ho it would be news of a massive windfall (from where I’ve no idea) but welcome as this will be its chicken feed.
