Yes Morison won't let him go out, we need him.

I 100% agree we need him, but sadly Morison has NO money and even loans we pay the lowest so don’t get many and struggle and players have to go out first before another comes in.

I still think we have enough at CB to take money for either Flint or Morrison rather than both of them go for nothing in the summer.

Luckily, money doesn't seem to be the big issue with the top clubs for loans any more, they are more concerned with their development.

The one thing Neil Harris did for our benefit is change the way Prem clubs perceive our ability to bring young players on.

Warnock would never have got Wilson or Ojo from Liverpool like Harris did, and that seems to have carried on with Morison as Wolves seem happy with the way Giles has been treated and Leeds too for Drameh.

If Man City allow Doyle to come that would seem to put us right up these in terms of reputation and that can only stand us in good stead for the future. I've always thought that it's better to have a £10-12m player on loan than a £1m player on a 3 year deal.

Used well the loan market can make the difference between promotion and mid table. This year, let's hope it's the difference between relegation and staying up
