Black, the Championship is not that strong at all.

We should be beating teams like Blackburn at home.

NO MORE MEDIA REPORTS OF WE ARE PLAYING WELL IN PARTS OF THE GAMES / WINS ARE WHAT MATTERS AT THE END OF THE DAY / WE ARE CRAP & THE TABLE DOES NOT LIE.

The media keep praising the loan signings, you can’t just rely year after year on loans, as , as soon as they are fit and good we lose most of them.

The Board need to bring strength in now and Steve Morison has continually said this.

Their is something drastically wrong when small clubs like Blackpool and Luton are higher than us in the Championship.

Hull beating them has not helped our cause at all .

Hull were before tonight right down with us, lucky Reading are collapsing and Derby are not only losing their star players, we had a 21 pts start ahead of them.

Cardiff need to start winning games , our record so far is worse than awful.

We need to beat the Worzels, Barnsley and Posh, 9pts , not draws or defeats.

Fulham are the only club in the Championship to fear, they spent big money and kept their base of their squad together.

For me they will be up by the beginning of April.

The rest of the Championship spent peanuts and it’s a very weak one.

We should not be where we are

it would also help if we didn't play 8 defensive minded players with Collins who is plainly not championship grade and Harris who the jury is out on then wonder why we don't score but have great pointless possession stats.

If Colwell isn't the attacking midfielder we need we need to get one ASAP

Amen to this.

Werr not going to win games if the mentality is to 'not lose.' With our piss poor defence the opposition may as well start 1 nil up! But the only people who seem to get any criticism is our attackers. We'll I've got their back. Morison, sort your f*cking team selection out! Confidence! And drop the stupid 5 at the back, or if that's too much to ask, the 3 CMs!! Ffs.

BLACKBURN ROVS ...Before tonight - Last 13 Games W 10 D 2 L 1 - Championship Games .

If that's not Good - Of Late what does a team have to do to get into the position they are in ?

FULHAM - BOURNEMOUTH - WBA - Have all had their bad runs this season - As have Others ...

FULHAM & WBA - Were my 2 picks before a ball was kicked this season - but WBA have been poor of late .
One thing for sure BLACKBURN have a better chance of going Up - than Us :(

Feels like we are looking over our shoulders.

Well I'm happy what we have brought in this window as I was not expecting anyone. However, it will mean nothing if we don't pick up wins soon. We all need to get behind the team more than ever and I know we will then we might just avoid the drop.

Then come next season we will have to go through it again.

But Tony,

Last nights result shows anyone can beat anyone in this Championship.
They never payed us if the park, in fact at times they were very ordinary and we played better than them, but upfront we were awful with Collins and Harris leading the attack.

Most teams in Championship can beat anyone else on their day, that's the great bit about it, sick to the back teeth of people slagging the club off, no money, no interest, blah, blah, blah........ Personally, I'd prefer to be where we are now, cutting our cloth to suit and becoming a club that fetches youngsters through and maybe get a pretty penny for them. Hopefully the days of the club letting managers spend ridiculous amounts on players have gone.
Looking at the top few clubs is interesting as whoever misses out could be in a whole world of trouble financially like Derby, Reading etc.
Just my opinion.

Sam,

They were ordinary and it shows anyone can go on a good run in this league including Derby.

Last night showed they are not great.

How can you say that Blackburn aren’t that good !!??

You are normally a big advocate for the table not lying. Blackburn are third in the table, making them currently better than 20 other clubs in the Championship!!

The Championship may be weak this year but that’s a bigger conversation and there are many reasons for that.

Where I do agree with you is that we do have to start picking up points. I’m generally encouraged by the improvements Morison has made but he has to keep us up and, to do that, he must start winning games.

We’ll see where we are at the end of the window but with the addition of Doyle and Giles I honestly think that squad is good enough to stay up.

As we have proved in 17/18, it's not about the squad.

Fulham are head and shoulders above anyone in terms of their squad, they are also likely to be in deep FFP trouble if they don't get up this season (unlikely I know but remember Leeds !!).

I think we should have been looking to get at least a point against Blackburn and watching that game most people would have said that was the least we deserved. That said, you could argue that I didn't expect a point at West Brom so that evens itself out.

If the rumours on the loan signings are true then Morison will have a pretty good squad to choose from. Then we can expect t be picking up more points.

If we don't, then the simple fact is that Morison won't be manager next season and we will be in deep trouble :bluebird:

I have said all along that Morison has to demonstrate improvement, and up to now he has. Now he has to turn that into points.

If you spend some money in this league nowadays you have a chance of the play-offs.

If you spend a lot like Fulham your going up.

If you spend zero, don’t bring in at least 3 quality loan players and do what we do bring in 10 players good or not from U23’s squad, then you end up where we are and the table does not lie. Steve Morison himself said that about the table and the youngsters, way way to many were put in.

Because we who are quite awful, managed to match them for most of the game, last nights result shows it and the league is very very ordinary.

So you don’t think we should of been looking to have beaten them at home?

How do you compare their squad with Fulham?

In truth though, how many youngsters actually play? Not 10 thats for sure, he plays a couple, but nowhere near half the team.

Originally in the match day squads up to 6, sometimes more , now two max as they are all not good enough.

While there has been a clear shift to lean more on youngsters even if good enough or not, Cardiff must be careful not to lose all of their experience, especially given how crucial the upcoming months are going to be.

The Bluebirds are going to need experienced heads as this campaign comes to a head and Flint is certainly one of those and can be important at both ends of the pitch for Cardiff as they look to dig themselves out of this concerning hole in which they find themselves.

Hulls win last night was very telling against a team we could not beat.
Another one was Preston showing how to play with ten men against Sheff U.
I’m not sure we can rely solely on Peterborough Barnsley & Derby always being below us.
It’s up to us to get the points we need to climb up to mid table.
Losing 9 out of 10 at home breeds no confidence. It’s not even that we’re losing them we’re not even drawing them. Drawing about half of those losses and we’d have 4 more points.
The tide has to turn and soon, especially at home.

But Tony,

Last nights result shows anyone can beat anyone in this Championship.
They never payed us if the park, in fact at times they were very ordinary and we played better than them, but upfront we were awful with Collins and Harris leading the attack.

I Have always said - " There Are No Easy Games In The Championship " - So the Good Run They were on stands out .
Are they a Good Team ??? Are there better teams out there ??? - For Me Yes there are better teams ...
This Questions - Should be about Us ....Who I thought had a chance this season - Yet Again :?
