Well I think its time for a whole change up at the team. We got Morison who works well with youngsters so why not bring more in and make this team a proper welsh team with youngsters in. Instead of the big waste of money veterans than make next to zero difference in the team whenever picked. So players like Flint, Nelson And Morrison need to go as well as the midfield who he seems to pick week in week out. I know we have no one else but surely a youngster from the academy in midfield would do a better jb than Ralls, Pack and Bacuna because quite frankly im getting pissed off at managers picking the same midfield every time with no result from any of them. I say bring in the best youngsters from the academy and start playing them in the 1st team alongside Colwill Mark Harris and Issac Davies. Yes we might go down but we will have to go down to go back up again and when we do return to this league we would be a far better younger welsh team hungry for success with a new philosophy.

Yes Tan will leave but isn't that what we want, him to go and an owner who is willing to give the team a bit of cash in the academy so we can bring them to the 1st team. At least then we would have an owner who is more caring to Cardiff than Tan is right now.

Sounds too much and we could end up going down a very we slide and end up with a double relegation.

I agree we need to replace most if not all of our experienced players with better experienced players. We can then perhaps use more of our youth with confidence. At the moment I don't feel confident about using our youth for everything becuase our senior players are not up to supporting them.

Thats why we need more youngsters because they are willing to give there all for the team not players who get picked because Morison dont want to upset the like of Flint or Ralls. Even though they play just because they are there just for 90 minutes without breaking a sweat jogging in open space on the pitch.
