Where's Jalil?

I remember back in the summer, Jalil Rashid brought in to oversee planning and strategic decision making,is he still with us?

If he is, how do we see/assess his first 6 months in the role?

His Job is with Berjaya of which Cardiff city is a subsidiary of. He is more than likely behind the decisions to tighten purse strings. He's another bean counter, not the person who will oversee a pheonix from the flames ment.
