Cardiff City, Blackburn Rovers, Birmingham City and Derby County all linked with move for ex-Man City starlet
The defender has apparently drawn interest from across the continent following a string of recent impressive performances
The only problem for Derby is due to their Administration they are still unable to sign any player and Steve Morison at Cardiff City has been told their are no funds available to him, unless he sells first and then Morison would only receive a small % of the money.

Cardiff City are among a glut of clubs across England and Europe interested in signing defender Cameron Humphreys-Grant, according to reports.
It is no secret that Cardiff will look to bolster their centre-back ranks over the course of the next two windows, with Sean Morrison, Aden Flint and Ciaron Brown all coming out of contract next summer.
Indeed, just recently the Bluebirds were linked with Huddersfield Town defender Rarmani Edmonds-Green, who is enjoying an excellent season on loan with League One leaders Rotherham United.
Now, though, MailOnline report that another young defender is catching Cardiff's eye.
The 23-year-old currently plays for Belgian outfit Zulte Waregem, having moved there from Manchester City in 2019. Humphreys-Grant came through the youth system at City, but managed just two first-team appearances in the FA Cup and sought regular game-time elsewhere two years ago.
His performances for Waregem, who sit 16th in the Belgian top tier, have seemingly drawn interest from across Europe, with the Mail claiming that Cardiff's Championship rivals Blackburn Rovers, Birmingham City, Coventry and Derby County, who have to operate within transfer restrictions, are all keen on the player.
d, as a result, it means he can sign a pre-contract next month.
Cardiff are no doubt in the market for defenders and the clear shift in their transfer policy means that young players are high on the agenda.
Money is thin on the ground at Cardiff City Stadium, however, and any price tag deemed too high will likely prove prohibitive.
But Cardiff will have seen the impact that 20-year-old Mark McGuinness has had since joining from Arsenal in the summer and the potential resale value he will have in the years to come.
That has no doubt pointed Cardiff's recruitment team in a similar direction and it is seemingly no coincidence that both Edmonds-Green and Humphreys-Grant have been linked.
Former England youth international Humphreys-Grant has made 18 first-team appearances for Zulte Waregem.
Bluebirds boss Steve Morison on Tuesday suggested that any potential January transfers would happen towards the end of the month.
He hinted that Premier League sides would be reluctant to let players leave, making the loan market difficult to trade in next month owing to clubs' fears over Covid-19 outbreaks.
It might mean that Cardiff look to exploit contract situations, such as Humphreys-Grants', and hope to get good permanent deals on the cheap.
"In all honesty, this latest outbreak we’re in of Covid, I would be highly surprised if anyone does any business until the back end of January," Morison said of transfers.
"Every single team we speak to, they can’t be releasing players. They need them just in case they have a Covid outbreak or if they lose five or six players. Everyone is in the same boat.
"I couldn’t let a load of players go out. What would happen if I lost a few, then I’m delving into the unknown again.
"I think it’s going to be a really late market, and that’s not for the fact we haven’t tried, it’ll be more for the fact that people are in a completely different scenario now because they’ve got players that are possibly in and around their first team, maybe they want them to go on loan, but then they have two or three players go down with Covid and have to keep them.
"We need to get through this wave now and see. Some of the big boys might do something, but I think for the loan market, I think people will be very reluctant to let people go just yet until we’re hopefully out on the other side of what we’re in at the minute."

Interest from the Continent! Laughable, absolutely laughable how far Williams will go to curry favour with the hierarchy.
Easy answer, if he either will cost a few bob, or if he wants wages comparible with the average league one player he will NOT end up here.
Anyway, I'm sure we have players in our Under 11 team that The club can push forward before we sign anybody?
