Swansea Boss Russell Martin:

"I think if the clubs have got enough fit players to play a football match then we need to do what we can to keep the league going.

"When it stopped last time, I had so many messages from people who only really had football to look forward to because of the amount of restrictions that were on them during lockdown.

"The impact of that on communities, on people’s mental health, for our players and staff, was huge. If players can play and teams have enough fit players, then let’s play.

"If, at some point a game has to be re-arranged, like we had last week, then that is the case. I am not convinced that a two-week circuit break wouldn’t mean we would come back into a similar situation.

"Whilst we can keep playing, let’s play.

"If that end up with us being without some key players for a game and another team is fine, than we can all accept that because we want to keep playing.

"The players definitely want to keep playing, so we just have to deal with comes."

If a team does have enough fit players then they should play.

I agree with the Jacks boss here.
