Any pros or cons?

Cost is quite a lot but will it increase value if property as I currently have storage heating.

I went for a viesmann boiler, I thought the Germans wouldn't let me go cold in winter, my wife's foreign so has the heating on 24/7 never a problem.

The truth is it cost from memory Close to 1k cheaper than top of the range. Bosch boiler was a lot more.

I saved a lot of money, so would having a different brand boiler add value to the home? I sold my house now, having a new boiler installed defo a plus. If you are after monetary gains, I'd suggest a 1k saving is better than just guessing what a buyer is willing to pay for the whole household with a bosch.

Prospective buyer, 'honey, I love the house, its a great location and that school for timmy is the best around. Just not sure about the viesmann.'

That wasn't the case at my house the local school sucked, the house average at best, saving grace it was 1 mile from a Uni, so easy to sell
