'Outstanding' McGuinness shines again
Cardiff City defender Mark McGuinness has come in for more praise, with Quest pundit Clinton Morrison branding him "outstanding".
The centre-back really is coming into his own in a Cardiff shirt and is earning his fair share of admirers.
His performance against Birmingham City at the weekend only gained him more deserved praise and, during Quest's EFL highlights show, former Blues striker Morrison spoke highly of the young defender.
Presenter Colin Murray said even if McGuinness had not popped up to score the winner, he should have been named man of the match.
Morrison agreed, saying: "He was outstanding. They went from playing a three at the back to a four at the back and he was outstanding.
"He did ever so well. He wanted to score that, he went in and attacked that. Birmingham will be disappointed by their defending, but credit McGuinness, he wanted to score that."
