Of course he's learning, but it's not going to be immediately noticeable,I think he is trying to start off a little too cautious in games, hence the 5 at the back, but he makes positive changes, that have mostly been good ones.

Well he needs to learn to start with four at the back. Get on the front foot score first and not continuously be chasing the game . otherwise it's hello league 1.

Exactly my point. Is it 3 or 4 games now we've started with 5, gone behind, moved to a 4 and seen a huge improvement.

Front foot football is what he talks about wanting to play. And to be honest. When the team is balanced we seem to play it pretty well.

Just never seem to start with the correct team!!
