If the uk goes to level 4 then the weekend games could be called off or played behind closed doors.

No major restrictions from today so the bbc understands. The worst there’d be is a 3rd jab passport imo and that’s a while away.

From what I've just read 62r ALL 4 top health ministers have urged the government to put whole uk at level four, and it seems to be happening.

Yep level 4 confirmed.

The level it is now I feel it, I don't like confrontations. Public servants/workers aren't making the rules.

I got the ability to organise my own life, when road traffic gets bad on the roads, I decide my own risk appetite to drive through it. I make my own decisions all the time, it's great

I'm with you 62. I'm coming back to Wales to see Mum for the New Year and nothing that power crazed Dickhead says will deter me. :bluebird:

Hard to believe crowds would still be allowed in england but not wales.

I agree too.
I’m also a bit sceptical about the ‘I’ve been told…’. He could well do it but I believe not even he knows 100% what he’s going to say.

Rule of 6 in pubs? 2 household bubbles? Doesn’t add up?

It’s fake news according to this:

Probably just someone starting rumours for a laugh on social media

Depends who you want to believe of course. The bloke on twitter has no more credibilty than those saying that the restrictions have already been decided.

However the Hospitality and Catering trade website is reporting that their sources (and they usually get the nod a few days upfront) are confirming that the restrictions outlined above are indeed being brought in on Friday.

I guess we'll see who the real idiots are in a couple of days time.

Good on you mate! If they had there way, we'd still be in lockdown/restrictions for yrs to come! Im not letting any f@@@er tell me how to lead my life anymore, i cant have the jabs, so technically am at greater risk of catching omicron,in truth ive gone past caring now! My life has been ruled by risk assessment, and ive stuck at it to live, not be told what to do with what time i have left!! We will all catch it, as according to science, its symtoms replicate the common cold! Well good luck with that in flu season.

I hope u and your mum have a great new yrs celebration mate, you both need it!

Talk of no fans allowed at large sports events again in Wales from tomorrow - thank goodness for those vaccine passports they really stopped the spread!!!!! If you keep complying they will keep doing this to you.

Im no anti vaxxer, but i do agree with you! My whole family had theirs, and one by one have questioned as to what was the point? Itt will go on until people decide they have had enough of it, if as they say its like a bad cold for the majority, surely with it be a more spreadable variant, most will geg ot anyway,so why not let us, and give everyone a chance to build up a natural immunity to it?
While its weak!

Looking at the "state of play" for Wales paints a very different picture to the rest of the UK. It very difficult for Welsh Government to justify any restrictions at present with all the data still flat lining in Wales. Even in Boris-land whilst transmission going through the roof hospitalisations are not increasing at all, it is starting look like a mild case of the Flu. The panic button has been pressed as a result there are many people now living in fear which has been generated by governments everywhere. :banghead:

Mmmm that’s how I’ve been seeing it mate. I guess the next few weeks will paint a clearer picture.

First Minister Mark Drakeford says decisions surrounding sporting events in Wales during the festive period will be made on Monday, 20 December.
