Yes they should.
Whereas I agree in principle, the guidance I have in my workplace is that it’s NOT mandatory.
The wording is ‘should’ rather than ‘must’.
I’m pretty sure it’s not law atm.

No its endemic no measure will stop it apart from death or herd immunity if Omnicron is mild we should all get it to achieve natural immunity which is way better than any vaccine or stay at home which the cost of is incredible to health and a massive increase in poverty of the working class.
