"We’ve got a decent squad, and we’ve got competition for places. Especially in the front line. Whoever we’ve put in over the last few weeks, they’ve all performed to a certain level.

"Even if I wasn’t happy with the numbers, there’s nothing I can do about it. We’ll make the best of what we’ve got and you might even see some more new faces over the Christmas period, because we might need to use some more."

As a manager i reckon it's far more useful to work wit what you have than simply buying yourself out of a hole. Morison will learn far more about himself as a manager this way. The players and numbers are fine - it's the tactics and approach to games that needed to change - and it seems to be working. If nothing else it's far better to watch.
