All of them if it's free it's free, I agree the money could be spent somewhere else. Do you know there are people that get all their bread, crackers etc free if they are wheat intolerant, it's like a Sainsburys shopping day when they go to pick up their free prescriptions !!!

True forget ideology and think pragmatically, like banning private education would increase pupil numbers in state schools by 6%.
