Sean Morrison

Even before the sending off he didn’t look with it at all today.

He’s looked off the pace all season to me minus the odd game.. playing as much as he has especially in the championship must take a battering on your body.

Been a great servant but don’t think he will stay next season or even offered a contract

In all possibility he could end up at Plymouth Argyle in the near future.

Has been a stalwart for the club over the years but unfortunately seems to be becoming an increasing liability.

He was all over the place in the first half, being dragged out of position and beaten by players running at him and by balls over the top. He's never been blessed with great speed but now looks like he's running in treacle.

Terrible decision making for the tackle that got him sent off. Again caught on the wrong side of the forward and not quick enough to make a proper tackle.

Even if the forward had scored (and Smithies was playing so well that would not have been inevitable) it would have meant that although the score would be 1-1 we would at least have had eleven players on the pitch for the rest of the game to go for the win.

No doubt injuries and age are taking their toll but it's hard not to think that his stupidity cost us at least one point and possibly three today.

Totally agree with all you say,he has been a great servant, but he is becoming a liability.Nelson also can't pass water never mind the ball to one of his own players. We need big changes at the back.Morrisson being sent off might be a blessing for the next 3 games at least.

He’s more likely to go to Portsmouth and maybe a few others on his contract ending!

He is a Plymouth lad so don't see why he would favour Pompey.

Just watched the highlights. The ref was 20yrds behind the play. How the f**k could he see if Morrison took the ball or the man.
McColdrick had ran through our midfield to set up the move no hint of a tackle from our midfield..I was in line and couldn't see if it was a pen.
The sooner VAR is brought in the better.
It's easy to knock the defenders but when our midfield is chasing shadows the defence is bound to come under pressure.
Like has been said many times before before we lack any quality in midfield.

Will Plymouth offer him more money than Pompey!

I think you know the answer in that.

He was dreadful even before he was sent off. Missed everything.

He is a conversation of hot topic this morning across the media.

Most think he is off the track and expect to see him gone next season. However, there are a few who have defended him to the hilt. You know the type, those that don't like people arguing against them and can't take other peoples opinions. They always revert to "go and support Swansea" or " you are just a plastic". Bless them.

He did cost us yesterday its our defense that needs looking at more than the midfield the goals against us proves that even with Morrison who is clearly a good coach we are still letting goals in

He had a shocker yesterday. If it wasn't for smithies making some good saves, we could have conceded a few in the first half.

If the club is serious about becoming a more progressive team, morrison, Flint and Nelson will need to be replaced. None are comfortable on the ball and can not bring the ball out from the back.
