TFW- Absolute shambles !!!

Late for the game, had to leave early only for the train to be cancelled....

The council and the bay want us to use public transport, well you can't today, three week to christmas.....Have a look at the valley line cancellations for this evening, it a scandal. They don't give a fcuk. No customer information except have a look on the app...But the app says its on fcuking time when its cancelled.

They’ve cancelled trains to Barry tonight, Wales biggest town and you can’t get a train 8 miles from the capital. It’s a shambles.

Got the 12.10 from Caerphilly, the one before was cancelled. Train was already nearly full when it arrived with 4 carriages. Were packed in like sardines, nobody could get on again till Queen Street. Shocking!
Got to Central a couple of hours after the game and train back was cancelled, which was an hour away. Couldn’t see when next train was, so bit the bullet and paid £30 for a taxi. Absolute shambles

Caught the 16 -31 from Manchester Piccadilly a few weeks back too Cardiff , when the train pulled up you could hear the groans two carriages which were absolutely filthy with food left all over the train which had not been cleaned before departing back to wales. The train was packed full all standing down the aisle all the way to Shrewsbury before there was some space.And to think Arivva wales lost the franchise to this shambles which is TRW. COMMON DENOMINATOR with everything that is failing in wales WAG grubby hands all over it.

First thing The WG did when they took over Arriva was create another layer of management.
