What was the U23s like when you came in?

"It was not right. There was loads of stuff around that, at was a mess over all."
"It's not a hoarding ground, where we can have a load of players. It needs to be somewhere where it’s a fine tuning department."

Real Honesty once again from Steve Morison 
For over 10 years behind the scenes it’s been a complete mess and Morison has gone in and finally sorted out who, what , where and get these kids to believe.

Perhaps this is the first quote by any manager of the mess behind the scenes.
SM has to be supported in January and next summer, or he will leave the club imo, he wont for sure wish to go back to the u23

I love his honesty and Steve Morison sadly is only saying what I have been saying for the last few years.
