No surprise to me Annis, and to be beaten by a poor Hull City team, who we made look good, just goes to shows the depth that our club has descended to. January is going to be pivotal with regards to team strengthening,,, but it’s looking likely that all we will do is bring back our own loanees and hope for the best.

Very poor Hull side Rick, but suddenly Tan lovers make out we have all these amazing kids, we have not. We have 2 or 3 at best after 12 years and NO one caring about our club at the top

One defeat, with some bad luck involved, a game we dominated mostly, hit a post, some good defending and a few tidy saves, were what did us!

The knives are out again, as someone predicted they would be after a loss?? I'm still sticking with my thoughts of we will be fine this yr.and just because I think that, doesnt make me a "tan lover " .

We are in a massive battle to save our Championship status and I really feel for Steve Morison as none of this is down to him. But he needs to learn very quickly if you pick Bacuna you will more likely than not lose, for me the man is stealing a living from our club.

January is now massive and even if it's loans of freebies we need players in urgently or we risk damaging the futures of some very promising youngsters. Bacuna, Vaulks , Pack and Nelson should be told they are free to find new clubs. Wintle must be brought back in January and for me Tom Sang needs to be given a run in CM.

Tonight was a classic 6 pointer and our players simply aren't up to it.

I was never convinced by all the spin being put out regarding all these amazing kids, who all of a sudden were all ready for the first team, but that’s only part of our problems. Tonight I watched three or four senior players who, in my opinion, shouldn’t be anywhere near the club, let alone the first team!

Rick,

Media Wales put out what they are told by Dalman and to Many vulnerable fans.

We have 2 or 3 at best good enough.

We’re really in trouble but I think we will just about stay up. December is crucial as we have games against teams in bottom half of table. We have to win at least 3 wins and a draw out of next 6 games. Don’t think it’s realistic to get any more than that. I might be being optimistic asking for 10 points.

Our games in April and May are mostly against teams at the bottom. Could go to the very few last games to decide our fate.

I've been expecting this scenario for quite a while now.

If it was not for Warnock we would have been in this situation a couple of seasons ago. Will we survive with what we have now? I would not put any money on it. Will the club pick up on our short comings and fix them during the January transfer widow? I doubt it as January can be very difficult to find the right player and if we are lucky to find one it will be quite expensive. Yes we are right in it.

I can’t see how we will score enough goals to stay up. We have nobody who can take a full back on, so all our creativity is down to clipping balls into the box or set pieces. Teams know how to defend against us and the atmosphere at home is dead. No wonder we have the worst home record in the division.
MM tore the life out of the side, we lack quality everywhere and it will take more than Morison to save us. Hull are rubbish, yet better than us.

What did you expect?

Th knives are out not because of this one defeat but the mess the club has got us into. It simple but we can't afford the luxury of having all the possession and hitting the woodwork. We need points because we are right in it and yes I don't hold your faith atm.

Knives out??

We are in a relegation battle open your eyes and stop twisting .

You need to see reality we struggle in every game, I praise when we do well and say the truth when we don’t, you need to open your eyes wide.

Why not be honest?

Are we not in a relegation battle?

Are we not short on quality?

I have not turned on Steve Morison have I? It’s not his fault .

By the way I would not of booed them last night.

But this is a forum to say how we honestly see it.

Correct regarding MM, HE was given freedom to choose who stayed and who left/loaned out!! He screwed the club royally imho.we have known for some time we were in a scrap, what dismays me?? The fact fans seem not capable of getting behind the manager and team, last nights booing showed this clearly!! A defeat can vibe booed AFTER the final whistle surely? Not a half bloody time ffs! I'm glad I was working last night, as it grinds my gears to hear a NEW manager get slammed after one defeat, and booing reall f@cks me off! The youngsters have been ok, but some of the senior players need to F@ck off in January, as they are piss poor examples to these youngsters, showing no passion/fight for our shirt is and always has been unacceptable here!

Paul there will be a few nearly out of contract players going out in January, It really depends what players we get in, and hopefully we will get a fee for those going.
I can see a few loans coming in from the premier, and from elsewhere other loans, as we desperately need players in. :ayatollah:

My comments:

Knives out?? - they clearly are despite your comments prior to last night that we need to be patient. Your impatience may not be directly aimed at Morison but indirectly by attacking the regime that appointed him you're just using the situation to score cheap points about the ownership rather concentrating on the important matters on the pitch.

We are in a relegation battle open your eyes and stop twisting .You are absolutely spot on with that comment, even before last night. We are right in the middle of a dog fight due our previous manager losing 8 league games on the bounce. Morison was a popular appointment but it's still going to be tough to turn this around

You need to see reality we struggle in every game, I praise when we do well and say the truth when we don’t, you need to open your eyes wide. I don't agree with the "we struggle in every game" comment. Even in the games we lost under Morison (QPR and Hull) I would argue that whilst we might have struggled in parts of those games, overall we were deserving of at least a point and probably three. Last night I can't remember Smithies having to do anything other than pick the ball out of the back of the net once. There were certainly no worldy saves and with us having over 60% possession, hitting the post and 4 nailed on penalty claims I think a neutral would struggle to work out how we lost last night !! It wasn't a great performance but a damn site better than Hull were

Why not be honest? Just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't make them dishonest.

Are we not in a relegation battle? Absolutely we are.

Are we not short on quality? We are short on quality but not that short on quality that we should be languishing at the bottom of the table. We actually played some really good stuff in the 2nd half once Morison had changed the shape and it got even better once he bought Colwill on who is turning out to be our most important player (because we have nobody else like him in terms of carrying the ball)

I have not turned on Steve Morison have I? It’s not his fault . No, but you are using this as yet another opportunity to have a pop at the those who appointed him despite his pleas for everyone to stick together, not just when we're winning. You absolutely have your right to speak out against the regime if you don't like them, but to take repeated cheap shots on the back of a home defeat is simply that: a cheap shot

By the way I would not of booed them last night.Good, neither did I and actually had words with one who did. His argument was we should revert the long ball as we can't play any other way !! Well we won't whilst fans show that level of understanding or patience !!

But this is a forum to say how we honestly see it. Absolutely right, but just because people don't agree doesn't make their opinion necessarily wrong or any less valid

First of all can he not reply himself???

I am 100% patient with Steve Morison :thumbright: :bluebird: where have I blamed Morison???
I will not blame Morison even if we were relegated.

Morison is an honest, learning manager , who wants to play football, I said he needs more quality added to the squad.

So please tell me where I am not patient with Morison??

You need to see reality we struggle in every game, I praise when we do well and say the truth when we don’t, you need to open your eyes wide.

Why not be honest?

Are we not in a relegation battle?

Are we not short on quality?

I have not turned on Steve Morison have I? It’s not his fault .

By the way I would not of booed them last night.

But this is a forum to say how we honestly see it.

What did you expect?

Th knives are out not because of this one defeat but the mess the club has got us into. It simple but we can't afford the luxury of having all the possession and hitting the woodwork. We need points because we are right in it and yes I don't hold your faith atm.

MM was given the choices as who stayed and who left!! He stripped us bare, by sending out the wrong ones!! Which has left the squad slow and imbalanced, its like he knew he was going, and thought f@ck you, I'll get rid of what speed & quality we have, and keep bacuna for instance?? He screwed us over imho.
And in answer to your question of what did I expect? Tbh, not a lot these days, our fans have no balls for a fight it seems, so instead of the volume going up, as I witnessed many many times, when we go a goal down over decades, it now goes deathly silent, then turns a little toxic.even booing while playing!

I will NEVER boo whilst the game is on, not saying I havent at the end of games over the years, I have, but never during play.
That's up to the people who do it, and I guess their prerogative, I just dont think it does anything, other than put even more pressure on the team.
I'm still keeping my faith, and we shall she what develops come Christmas.

We were always in a battle I'm expecting a response at Luton , let's not forget we were not much better against Huddersfield its just we had chances that went in .

Midfield is our problem area and our inability to create space up front .

I have no idea why Warnock got such a carnival from our fans. I respect the great job he did in the short-term, but he has to take a large share of the responsiblity, it is his signings that have ruined this club and put us in a terrible position with several League 1 players on top Championship wages and no resale value

Lots of posters on here where saying keep Morrison in the job till the end of season I’ve got no problem with that in the short space of time that he’s been doing the job the football is a lot better than mm but to do boo the team because we lost to hull city is disgraceful as far as I’m concerned I think the youngsters are doing a great job you got to put them in at some time I get they been put in a lot earlier because of a lot of circumstances I still think we will starve off relegation it only takes a couple of wins in this league and you fly up the league and our youngsters are working hard to get us there my only fear about us getting relegated is that division one is even harder to get out of than the championship ask Sunderland Ipswich and Sheffield Wednesday and a few other clubs division one has become the new championship

Annis, why try to force your thinking on myself and others?? I have said SEVERAL times we are in a scrap! But because I choose to try and stay positive you think it ok to tell me how to see things??
When have I TWISTED it? And I didnt bame anyone, was pointing out a simple fact, that a section of our fans were WAITING for a defeat to have a pop, my view, or as you commonly say Annis, it's not a dictatorship, we are ALL allowed our opinions, yet when I do, you are telling me to "open my eyes" in other words to think and see things your way! Well I'm sorry, I dont.

"Just be honest " ? Well sorry, I am! And if you read my posts recently, I have said it, yes we are short on quality, and I put that on MM, As I've stated a few times, HE had the choices to make on who stayed and left, well he F@cked us royally, by stripping any quality & pace we had left.

I didnt say you personally booed either, I was stating my feelings on those who did!
You choose to take what I say as being in reference to you, when I was stating my opinion on the usual suspects lurking, waiting to pounce, I cannot change that it seems.
I hope this is HONEST enough for you??

What total bollocks, where have o ran away?? Never have and never will, I answered you, but sorry it wasn't immediate,as I have a life of this board too! You sent and deleted a pm Annis, why?? Dont pair me with anyone, as I have my OWN views, what do you want me to debate? And why does it have to be a debate? You are quick enough to state your views/opinions, but call others names constantly when their views do not align with yours! We suddenly become"tan lovers " or even worse liars?? Its my view, and I'm sticking with it, dont try and bully others into your way of thinking, wrong!!
