Joel Bagan:
Speaking candidly about his old boss Mick McCarthy , the 20-year-old said: “Mick (McCarthy) was great with me. Obviously the link with Ireland, he’s helped me out with that.
“And from the first game of the season in the Championship, he chucked me in and I got a good run of games, so I’ve got a lot to thank him for.
“We started the season well and we were doing alright but yeah, we went on a bad run, but the last three games now, we’ve started to turn it around.”
Joel Bagan came through Southampton’s Accademy and joined Cardiff City when he was 18 years old.

Thank God Morison dropped him back out of the team until he's ready, we've looked a lot better!!!
