He's done a fantastic job, those were three tough games coming on the back of losing 8 games badly in a row, we were very unlucky to lose to QPR, so four points that should have been five is an amazing turnaround, if only we'd acted quicker!

He deserves a shot at the Managers job, it's come sooner than he would have expected, but he clearly has something about him!

Agree, if the players are 'buying in' and both the performances and results are improving (4 from 9 as opposed to 0 from 24) then it's an easy decision for tge (so called) Committee that wil appease (most) supporters, settle the squad (who I am told are less than keen on one particular individual) and (maybe biggest of all) save the owner some money

So the players have bought in Morison's philosophy already - that's a massive head start.
Morison knows the players already - that's a head start.
They appear to want to play for him and his way of playing - that's a head start to.
He is already an employee - just give him a big pay rise for a fixed amount of time. If ity doesnt work out - either go back to the U23 job or offer him a payout - as it seems he will end in football management somewhere - so that's another bonus.

He can bring in all the help he needs.

Compared to an experienced manager who will come in and wont have any of the above things going for him - and will be more costly to the club.

Flynn back as favourite

These the same players who’ve got rid of a few managers are on stupid money and didn’t take a pay cut in the pandemic? Oh my god they won’t be surprised to see themselves out of a job in the summer! If not on substantially less money at another club.

That’s the problem mate.. supporting a football team is a fancy, where all logic goes out the window. And that’s the attraction.
Especially after 5 years of dirge.. our sights are set low.

These guys have been derided for a lack of quality much lately.. now they may choose the new Manager.

I think the longer the board is taking with the new manager the more likely it’s going to be Morrison which I think most fans will be happy with give him until the end of the season and see how he does

I can see protests if the board go the opposite way to fans and players why go against is my question
