Great call, Ned
Worth noting that this year is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the
Royal British Legion following The Great War (later to become known as World War I)
Lots of events over the next week, starting with the Wales Festival of Remembrance at St David's Hall this evening, followed by localised (might say workplace) observation of a minutes silence on Thursday (11th November) and the 'official' Remembrance Parades and services at various Cenotaphs around the Wales and the rest of the UK on the morning of
Sunday 14th November Cardiff (Cathays Park), Newport, Caerphilly, Cowbridge, Penarth, Bridgend are local ones I am currently aware of but I feel sure others on here will be aware of more
"
We will remember them..."
