It’s just painful and it’s in his toe - and you need your feet! It’s the one thing you can’t rest.
He feels fine but then he goes out and plays football and he has to use it again.
With your toe, you can run, fine, but how about whack a ball? And all of a sudden it hurts again.
It’s a constant process.
He is out on the grass.
We are going into an international window where we can use this time where we don’t need to force anything.
We have a couple of friendlies with the under-23s over that period and hopefully he will be OK after that.
