Added time

Firstly let me say I have no doubt that if City were holding on to a 1.0 lead I'm sure we'd try and waste as much time as possible but quite simply referees have to start clamping down by at least adding the correct amount of added time at the end I thought qpr would push their luck tonight so as an experiment I put a stop watch on from as soon as a physio was called onto the pitch to the time the injured player left the pitch. Their were three instances including keiffer which totalled 9 minutes. Add a couple of minutes for subs and you really have to question how the officials came up with 4 minutes. Add the correct amount of time and teams will stop cheating.

This is one of my worst things about football, time wasting and the lack of stamping it out.

I have to say the standard of refereeing this season has been fairly decent

However this bozo tonight was an absolute joke..fell for their blatant play acting and time wasting again and again.. completely useless

What about their no. 10,rolling around as if he had been shot, then walks around to the half way line in front of the Ninians Stand, is waved back on by that short arsed apology of a referee and sprinted across the pitch to try and close the ball down. f*cking fairies in that QPR team, don't know what the bread maker manager has come down to.

Use the rugby method have a stadium clock which is stopped whenever there is a break in play, match finishes on the 90mins then.

we can make all the excuses we want, the fact is we were terrible and would have and have done exactly the same in the same circumstances as QPR.
The issue that needs addressing is the lack of ability in our team and coaching staff, and throwing a smokescreen over the performance with excuses like ths does no one any favours.

I realise we are not good enough, that there has been a lack of investment in the squad for a long time, that playing so many academy players isn't working. Just wanted to suggest an alternative to the current time keeping system in football.
