This is one that could be debated all day....but for me you're English under the terms above. However, you are British in reality until Plaid Cymru (led by Wolfie Ap Smith) finally win their revolution and force every non-Welsh speaker back over Offah's Dyke. Being Welsh, Scottish, Irish (Northern) or English is just a regional thing....a bit like being a Geordie or a Scouser

my Dad was born in Slough to Welsh grandparents and my Mam was born in Wales but she moved up to live with him after they were married , best news ever was tho that they moved back home to Aberdare when my Mam was 6 months pregnant with me so I wouldnt be born in England !!!! Nice 1 Mam

My mother wasn't that kind. My brother was born in Aberdare though. He was the only one born in Wales out of 3 of us. My sister was born in Hong Kong, so at least she's not English! Joke!

Btw Mart, if your Mrs has worked in the civil service for years, she prob knows my mam and nan. My nan worked in the Aberdare office, her name is Gwenfor. Ask your Mrs she dhould know my nan. My mother works in the Merthyr office now.
