I damaged my wrist about a year and a half back during hockey, the physio said I'd popped two bones out of place in my wrist, and had to pop them back into place. Was in shit loads of pain for ages, and have had a permanent weakness in it since (Can't turn my wrist 360 degrees in a fluid movement).
I fell awkward on my wrist again recently (Just training for hockey), and I've started getting the same pains that I had before. Could it be the same problem again, or is it more likely to be muscular? I've got shooting pains running up my fingers every now and then, and a constant pain in my wrist.

my wrists are fucked aswell after i broke both of them a few times each!
just go to the hospital and have a x-ray to make sure, although physio are qualified ann stuff, the shouldent be clikcing bones back into place without a x-ray first even doctors dont do that.

I wouldn't have let the physio anywhere near my wrist until I had an x ray.
Sounds like you broke your wrist and it healed in its own.
