Jeff Stelling is leaving Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday after this season.
Good luck to him. Done a brilliant job over many years.
Jeff is a great bloke. Does a lot of work for Prostate Cancer and devoted to his club, Hartlepool United.

The guy is entertainment personified and he does do a lot for Prostrate Cancer Charity
He also has a brilliant sense of humour (apparently he loves his soccer AM parody) and is a Monkey Hanger supporter to boot!

This guy is a great performer. Why replace Jeff?
Makes no sense to the appreciative audience.
If he has decided to leave on a high, fair play.

That programme will go down hill when he goes like when Helen chamberlain left soccer am Jeff Sterling wasn’t happy when they got rid of Thompson Matt le tissue and Charlie Nicholas but they kept Merson

It was his decision after 30+ years with Sky. He made a statement confirming it was solely his decision and no one from Sky had spoken to him or hinted at his position at any point
Why would they? The guy held that show together in such a uniquely successful way
He had a deserved 'standing ovation' from his studio guests and apparently the good will messages haven't stopped pouring in
A hard act to follow for whoever tries to fill his boots!
