A forum for all things Cardiff City

Former Manchester United player, Paul Ince, has hit out at manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, ahead of the club’s Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur on October 30.
By Don Silas
Ince said that Solskjaer took Cardiff City down and went to Molde, adding that his coaching staff has no experience.
He also urged Solskjaer to invite him to Man United’s training ground for him to see what they are working on.
Solskjaer is making all the headlines of late following the Red Devils’ humiliating 5-0 defeat to Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday.
“You can’t have a manager who’s took Cardiff down, then goes to Molde, and expects to come into the biggest club in the world and produce a team that’s going to challenge the best teams in the world with the staff that he’s got,” Ince said on The United Stand.
“You’ve got an under-23 coach coming up from the academy. He’s got Michael Carrick… no coaching experience.
“Micky Phelan…I don’t know what he does.
“That’s his team. This is his coaching staff. So you analyse that with the world class players that you have got in the team and we keep mentioning tactics and not getting the best out of the players…
“Look at that staff. This is the staff that Ole says is “very good, brilliant…” load of b******s because they are conceding goals for fun.”
“Are they doing defensive work? Do they know where the players need to be when the ball is in a certain position?’ Ince added.
“I’d actually like to go to Carrington and watch a week of what they do in training. I’d love to see it.
“I don’t know whether they are playing five-a-side, a bit of volleyball and all that rubbish, head tennis. I don’t know what they are doing but I’d like to go.
‘I’d like Ole to invite me in for a week and say “Paul this is what we are doing and this is how we do it” because I’m not seeing any stuff on the weekend that says to me that we work at this, work at that.”

Hard to disagree, so I won't...!

Ince is to far stuck up his own backside to see anything ... wants ole to invite him to training to show him what he's doing wrong?

I know it's fashionable to bash Solskjaer but Paul Ince's record as a manager is diabolical. Sacked by Blackburn, Milton Keynes Dons, Notts County and Blackpool
He had the same record of losses at Notts County, 9 on a trot, as Mick Mcarthy had with us
Also had the cheek to claim his son was too good to sign for us when we were in the EPL. Where is he plying his trade now?
The bloke is a first class knob

That's quite a record.

Spot on.
I was fortunate enough to meet Ole several times when he was our manager. He was a very nice person every time who had respect and time for absolutely everyone, but obviously not a good enough manager.
He certainly doesn't deserve the treatment he's currently getting from the press and ex-United players.

Two valid points to take away from all this:
- OGS is tactically inept
- Paul Ince is a silly tw*t

The same Paul Ince who thought his son was going to end up better than Gareth Bale. The man talks utter shite!

No lover of ince either West Ham fans dislike him and man United can’t stand him has he went to play for Liverpool called himself the guvnor what a joke .he and a few pundits have mentioned that ole only managed Cardiff and molde and he gets the United job they forget that sir Alex Ferguson started off at east fife got sacked by st Mirren then ran a pub in Glasgow then went to Aberdeen before he went to man United ole came to us at the wrong time should never had taken the job to be fair to him
