These Successful U23’s players can’t be rushed in to the first team squad.

it’s better for young players to be blooded in to a more successful football environment where they can be encouraged and supported by the senior pros in the team.

That’s not happening at the moment because, the older players have enough on their plate already to occupy them and are even struggling themselves.

Spot on, and it hasn't helped them with the structure of the teams that Mick put out either.

Well thank fool mick has gone now!! And as for our older heads? No excuses for them imo, they have been poor, some worse than our youngsters! Time for them to step up and lead, as these youngsters need, they are letting them down because of poor form, not because they have enough on their plates.
