The owner has no interest, the manager is tactically inept and we've got mediocre players at best, really dunt understand why everyone's so surprised with the shi* show that we currently are.

Before this was it not 3 defeats out of 20 odd games?

So where has it all gone wrong. Well just look at the squad compared to last season. No where near as good as that. We knew we were going to bring in the youth under the order of Tan and MM agreed to the mission. We knew what we were getting.

Like most things new it starts of well then bang it all goes wrong and have we got it wrong. I went from a high against Forest to coming down with a bang against Coventry. We have just not recovered from that and it is going to take some doing to stop the rot.

I've seen enough to say this youth is not good enough to do it on their own. Our aging players are not up to supporting the youth, who do we have that can grab this situation by the balls and see it through. I cant see anyone.

MM knows he has failed and most likely knows now its a task to big for him. He did well with the likes of Wilson and Oji about but now he has got to work with lesser quality players. He knows he has made a big misjudgement and the right thing for him to do is walk.

I think the owner does have an interest in the club as he's got millions invested in it, but he's got a very sub-standard board.
Maybe people are surprised because before the run of defeats some thought we were going to challenge for the play-offs and others (including me) thought that we were likely to be mid-table with a lot of youngsters coming through.
