Last promotion we are paying the price now

Mon Oct 18, 2021 12:38 pm

Thinking about the whole debacle what about this:
Warnock arrives saves the plunge
Warnock had finite resources
Does what he is paid for and experienced at
We go up !!!!! how?
Tan sees this as a business model because it works
We go back down but could have stayed up
Tan looks at the allocation of resources in the promotion and thinks it can be replicated with a seasoned guy at the helm
No real funds so to speak and cost cutting means we lose attacking players
At the crux of this Tan has no grasp of football/we are back to the rebrand fiasco
We will go down at this rate
Getting out of league one very difficult with smaller crowds less revenue

God help us

That's the dilemma we face. No one will argue with you there.

The issue though is the arguing point. Is it the squad or manager. Some say we have enough in the squad to survive but not under this manager. Some say our squad is not good enough to stay up so whoever comes in is not going to make much of a difference. Yes we are paying for it now.
