Several Ipswich fans said one of the most annoying traits about MM was that he was really stubborn he would keep on picking has favourite players even if everyone else could see he didn't justify his place in the team. No prizes for guessing who it is in the Cardiff team.

Coincidence we play better with out him in team? Have said previously other defenders dont have confidence when he's on pitch and today we looked confident except for short time after goal... yes reading not best team in championship but still played with more surety than most of season so far.
