Mick Out, new vision, new plan, new manager

We have heard Pulis, Big Sam, Flynn but why we are complaining about the style of football we have seen over Warnock, Harris and Mick, so why pick another one, because we will get a reaction and win 2,3 maybe 4,5 games but then we will all be complaining again. All another manager who will just come and play long ball football. The club are skint and in the s… if a change is going to happen I think we need to look within. Many times when our manager has been sacked the lad ‘James Rowberry’ has always come into the mix, so why not give him a go?

On another post I have commented on I suggested about bringing the youngster through and the club setting out a 3/5 year plan of bringing these through and we finishing mid table for several years until we are ready to kick on.. If you look at the roles Rowberry has had, he started with the development/academy set up probably about 8 years ago so he knows the set up from there and recall Bellamy talking him up when he was involved in the set up. I know it is a job to him but he must enjoy/love the club to stay involved for such a period.

The club must also think highly of him as he has been involved with the first team since OGS was sacked out seeing 6 managers and probably the 7th after today. The players seem to like him to, when you look at the warm up etc. Could he be another Eddie Howe, you look at Howe’s route to management and it seems to be very similar. Let’s try something different you never know you might see some football being played instead of pass, set clip the channel! Young team young manager, wasn’t that Bournemouth’s team during their success.

Aah, but therein lies the problem; board and commonsense

Good post. I remember James rowberry when he was quite new to the wfa. He did the coaching courses for junior football coaches etc. I remember being on a course with him quite a few years back and he hadn't long started his uefa A badge. Good to see him progress so well
