With the Owner and Board we have...i feel we will continue to make poor appointments. They are all devoid of any real football knowledge. You would think that with their business acumen they would have twigged by now.
There was the "Why isn t Marshall scoring more" "The 23yr old painter can be head of recruitment" "lets turn red"
Appoint Trollope and play like Wales and now its lets use the under 23s its cheaper

There has never been any structure ..if they want to bring youngsters through fair enough but 2-3 at a time not 10
We were twice promoted but had no real plan to stay there..with this squad we are further away then ever
I dont think Flynn is the answer he is another Slade
Someone said about looking for the next Frank or Farke...but would they comere with this ownership/dictatorship?
