Just lost his titles the other guy deserves his win

Sad I only put a fiver on Usyk to win on points.

When I saw his weight only one winner.

AJ thought he could box one of the top two or three boxers any weight. Bonkers.

Usyk wins the rematch too.

Fury would have done exactly the same to AJ but knocked him out by 6.

Did you enjoy it?

It's not even an upset really.

Usyk is a very very good boxer who will give anyone a fight.

Not sure that Joshua will win the rematch, this is completely different to when he lost to Ruiz.

I wanted Joshua to win but enjoyed the fight regardless.

Less excited for the third installment of FuryWilder in a couple of weeks.

Fury v Usyk is a good fight

Joshua is Frank Bruno mark two, a body builder who someone said "hey mate try boxing" the rest is history. He cannot box simple as. He has made millions because of the dearth of talent in the heavyweight division. He talks a lot mostly bollocks, and they want people to pay to watch this bum fight...laughable!

Talks like a champion fights like a body builder which is what he is.

He's rubbish, only problem is with him constantly losing will we still get to see Tyson batter him?

And I'm sure you're neither Haha

I'm not even an AJ fan but random dudes talking shit about fighters online cracks me up. His record is obv padded - it's boxing but to call the guy a bum is laughable. Usyk is a world class boxer, Joshua just wasn't on his level. He's only 30 he could get the win back, it's not out of the realms of possibility.

100% agree.

I did some boxing training when I was in the Falklands. Mostly boxercise and pads etc. One day they asked me if I wanted to do a bit of sparring. Had a big f**k off head guard on and big gloves. Still hurts to get punched.

I wouldn’t do that again unless paid pretty well.

Boxers (all boxers) deserve respect. Joshua deserves respect and he has beaten a lot of other boxers. Usyk is and was better than him.

I think Whyte would have a real good chance against Usyk you know.

Lost twice. Joshua has also faced and defeated a hall-of-fame enshrined former unified champ (Klitschko), an undefeated titleholder (Parker), a former titleholder (Povetkin) and Ring-rated contenders, including Whyte, Charles Martin, Dominic Breazeale, Kubrat Pulev and Ruiz (in their rematch).

Hardly rubbish.

I agree with the lads above.

I am not an AJ fan but to call him a bum and rubbish is laughable and shows a complete lack of understanding of the sport.

He's lost twice, once to Ruiz which can happen to anyone and to Usyk which there is absolutely no shame in.

He's not my favourite boxer in the world but the lad has had a decent career so far and definitely doesn't fall into the 'bum' category far from it

Yes you're probably right

He's a prick but he's had a half decent career I guess!

I still want to see Tyson knock him out

I think Fury would knock Joshua out, within 5

He’s like a caricature I think of what he thinks he should be like to be a role model etc.

He talks in cliches and says what he thinks people want to hear. Rarely seems natural.

I always remember him on league of their own spouting on about staying modest and grounded. Flintoff pointed out his Rolex.

Perhaps people would prefer the term lousy boxer, so I will retract the American colloquialism "bum", usually confined to boxing journalists within the USA. Boxing has become, like football, a victim of money more belts than you can shake a stick at
hence the indifference to creep in. Equally this has allowed for mediocre boxers to be canonised by the media only to crucified when they fail just like many "ordinary" footballers. Having watched boxing since the late 60's I know one thing if I were AJ I would get out before he is hurt as he is not a natural fighter. Good luck to him he has made millions.

Olympic champion and world champion with a pretty decent resume of wins.

Not a lousy boxer just isn’t as good as Usyk. That’s fine as not many are.

I think the problem is his ego. He slimmed down and wanted to prove himself a better boxer then Usyk which was a crazy decision. Only way he wins is to get on top and hit him hard. That was his mantra for most of his career. That means getting hit a lot which I don’t think he wants after the Ruiz fight.

He’s not a natural boxer but doesn’t mean he’s a lousy boxer. He still beats all the HW division apart from Fury and Usyk.
