A bridge too far tonight with the injuries BUT....

Tue Sep 14, 2010 9:43 pm

Why oh why is Jonesy picking the jogging jock over Darcy?????

Don't forget last season Darcy had 4/5 games in a row in midfield over him until he was required to fill in rest of the season at centre back. So why is he picking him ahead of Darcy tonight?????

Surely a player with pace who can actually tackle not just jog alongside an opponent would have helped Mcphail more than that joker!

Onwards and upwards, lets unleash Jay, Bellers, Oli and Drinky Saturday and give Ipswich a good hiding! :ayatollah:

Gavin Rae has charmed his way back into the side. I like him as a bloke but he's a paid professional and if he's not good enough he shouldn't play. Maybe Darcy's been eating Maccie Ds again? It's the only reason I can see.

They said on the radio Darcy added some much needed steel to the midfield, with Oli and Drinkwater out this was absolutely vital to allow Whitts and Mcphail to create.

It frustrates me so much to see this useless prick somehow engineering his way back into the side all the time, how did he EVER even make it pro?!!!

God I hope you are right mate why can everyone else besides Jonesy see hes a liability?!

The amount of jokes in the stands at his expense says it all!

To be fair, Darcy was injured and on Saturday Rae came in and did quite well by all accounts so to me he's earned his chance. If he blew it last night then I would imagine he'll have a fair wait before he gets another one.

Hull were shite mate, Oli had already done the damage by bossing the game up until then. One of the first things The Jogging Jock did was set up Craig Fagan with a volley back towards his own goal.

His toe poke for the goal was weak as piss, Wildig's brilliant reverse pass was the reason it got to him in the first place.

He got murdered against Burton let alone Championship sides!

I PRAY you are right he will go to the back of the queue after another woeful performance last night....Better still a one way ticket out of this club!
