If you just want to use it as a season ticket then you don't need to activate it.

You only need to activate it if youn want to use it as a for the rewards thing

You can use the card for entry and you can download into your phone "wallet" if you wish. Handy if you forget either I suppose.

The online tickets were temporary as far as I know because the club were waiting from the company to produce these new cards.

They can be used to gain entry as a normal ST card and also it’s a prepaid Visa card that you can use to purchase food and drink etc.

Basically you link the card via the CC App on your phone to your personal bank account through Barclays, they pop a 1p into your account with a code which you insert in to the app and you can then top up your card to start using.

Sounds worse than it is honestly.

Same security levels as a bank card, it's actually administered/provided by Barclays.

Believe all info was in emails sent a little while ago basically it's the city cash in another form.... wont be tying it to anything just entry to stadium....

Basically it's your season ticket and a pre paid spending card you just put money on it t to spend at club ect.... you get rewards every time use it in certain outlets its way all clubs are going... but as RV says dont need to do anything if just using it as a season ticket

My two season tickets arrived, aswell as another two for people who I have no clue who they are! Mix up with the address somehow, handed them back in at the post office. Can't see those two people receiving them much before the middle of next week now.

Why didn't u simply hand them in on Saturday at ground? Be far better than putting them back to sender who probably send them back to you ..

That is as clear as mud on the ‘instructions’ supplied. Went through the whole banking palaver too only for it to fail to load in my iPhone wallet. Have to say the club do not help themselves with what are fundamental communication and technology tasks - bit like the PA System in the ground…

There is no more option button to activate your card on android app , seems only the wealthy I Phone owneres are catered for.

Couldn’t add mine to Apple Pay. Didn’t have a problem with everything else though.

Thought i's be all modern and go for the digital option. Anyone else having trouble loading their ST to Apple Wallet ?

I keep getting "Failed to load Apple Wallet to ticket". Please tell me I do not got to sign up for the prepaid card first ?
