Mick McCarthy says he has offered Ciaron Brown a new deal, but the centre-back has yet to put pen to paper.

Their was interest from Brown's former Bluebirds manager Neil Warnock, who wanted to take him up at Boro during the summer transfer window.
McCarthy claimed Boro's bid was "nowhere near enough and more of a token gesture " and the Northern Ireland international ended up staying put.
Now apparently Rangers want to sign Ciaron Brown on a pre-contract in January.
No one has actually offered any real money for Brown and so remains a Bluebird for now.
McCarthy says “If we receive a fair offer we will sell the lad.”
At the moment Brown is struggling to make McCarthy’s starting 11.
