Season ticket cards?

Thu Sep 09, 2021 5:23 pm

Another week goes by with no sign of the season ticket cards we were promised would be with us before the Millwall game - perhaps they meant before the away game in February.

Would be nice to have some sort of an update from the club but I suppose that's too much to ask.

A delay with suppliers I’d imagine. As long as they keep sending out the links on time I’m ok with that tbh.

Yes the suppliers are the problem and hasn't helped it's a new system and suppliers at same time.. but seemed to have got the digi tickets mostly right ans certainly better than FAW and their digi tickets one worked one didnt last night to go with all the hassle getting them in 1st place...

I'm with the OP.....they promised and haven't delivered, yet again. Then they don't even update, communication is key when a company fails to deliver on a deadline.

If there are good reasons, the company needs to explain this to their customers.

I'm glad you are OK with links, but maybe the other 12,000 ST holders think different. :bluebird:

They well feel differently but I can only speak for myself.

Being as my seat is in the "red zone" in block 205, and as such I'm having to be moved to a different sow and seat for each game,I can see my ST card being pretty much useless to be honest, even when it does eventually arrive

Allan.....the problem is the broken promise, I can't believe you don't get how business works. If you buy a telly and they say it will do this that and the other.....if it doesn't deliver would you complain?

You always seem to relate things back to you.....like "If I get used to digi tickets why can't everybody else?". That was never the deal that ST payers bought. :bluebird:

Still on track for them to reach people by the end of the season.

Personally, I'm not against the e-tickets but I can understand there will be some (not too many) who don't have proper access

However, it does seem that one or two are using it as an opportunity to 'club bash" when it isn't actually the club's fault...

Mind you, that's never stopped some of them, eh...?

As not having a card stopped anyone going to game ? No it a
Hasn't .... a st entitles you to gain entry to the ground for home games not having a card doesnt stop you going? No it doesn't as for tv your right if bought one and it didn't have what it says I'd take it back!! But because I have not bought a st card I have actually bought access to so many league games and that is what club as given me ? I didn't complain I just asked how do I get entry and guess what they'll will send me digi tickets and they have... but guess for you not having a st card as stopped you going to watch ccfc at stadium ? :?
Cant believe you are angry at club for not sending you a CARD like they said they would? Some people are more pragmatic and understanding of things than others that's for sure.. :old:

Surely the club can offer an option to receive a season ticket card or not
Personally im fine with the digital ticket, much easier for me

Totally with you on this. Just because some people are finding it easy doesn't mean we all are. My phone is crap so i have to borrow one every week. Yes you can order a paper ticket but to do so you have to get through to the ticket office which isn't always easy. And whilst it was understandable for a game or two I have other things to do with my life than try to sort out how i can get in to watch something i paid for over a year ago. The thing that bugs me is they initially tried to blame Drakeford for not sending out the season tickets for the Barnsley game, when all along they new they didnt have them anyway.
