Celtic join Cardiff and Middlesbrough race for giant striker
Tuesday 7th September 2021
Scottish giants Celtic have entered the face for Solihull Moors striker Kyle Hudlin.
The 6ft 9in forward has a host of teams chasing his signature, including Manchester City, Middlesbrough and Cardiff City, report Football Insider.
They state that Celtic scout Andy Thorne was at Moors last Saturday to watch Hudlin in action.
Bluebirds boss Mick McCarthy was asked last month about the possibility of signing Hudlin, and he gave a frank response.
The Athletic claimed that Man City went to scout the player during Solihull's pre-season friendly with Notts County and claimed the Bluebirds and Boro are both interested parties, too.
However, when it was put to McCarthy whether he was exploring the option of signing the striker, the Bluebirds boss simply replied, with a smirky smile: "No."

This guy doesn’t even start for Solihull this season and is getting these links.
Interestingly Solihull is where Cameron Coxe ended up instead of Man City, so I wonder if they both share the same busy agent?
