Anyone had their bristol tickets or season tickets? I’m still waiting and it’s getting tiresome queuing on match day to sort it out

Yes, tickets for Saturday's game v Bristol City will be via the same format as the opening two games, i.e. via electronic means
Reports from the club say issues have been 'minimal' but they still expect Season Ticket Cards to be sent out 'imminently'

The fact there's an international break after Saturday should help the club resolve the issue before the next home game

Fingers crossed, Ned...
Having said that, now I understand them, I haven't minded the e-tickets...

Get the real season tickets out ASAP. What a shambles yet again from Cardiff City . Blame anyone else as usual, the government, the supplier etc.
Time to become a professional business City.

I thought the link for the digital ticket was meant to have been sent out yesterday? No sign of mine.
Anybody else not received theirs yet?
Another shambles by the club who can't even do what they say they are going to do.

Have the (so called by some) 'unprofessional' club made a statement on the issue...?
The 'knockers' are up early today with some strong statements; but answer me one question:
What's the real hardship of e-tickets, so long as they are delivered in a timely manner...?
Fri Aug 27, 2021 7:01 am
I actually prefer the e-ticket and wouldn’t mind moving over to that way permanently.
Received mine yesterday but can’t use it as I’m in Portugal so missing the Bristol game!

Mine wasn't texted to me last week so I went on my account updated my telephone number and the ticket the link instantly texted to me. Yesterday @ 17:44 Saturdays ticket link was texted....
I am a technophobe, but i prefer this to tickets.

I'm sure lots of the problem people are having is because they haven't updated their account profile for this season even if it is the correct information like mobile fone and email address they should still click update? as you've posted you did it and hey presto it worked.... people are too quick to criticise club but don't look at what they can do to make sure things ho smoothly.

Annis even for someone who hates dealing with electronic ticketing I got there in end now get tickets via txt and emails..

but I'm sure a lot of problems are people related not the club? Yes problems can accoure but club does best to sort as I've discovered... club far better than faw in sorting out tickets wouldnt believe faw and way the communicated to me regarding Estonia tickets.... but I am happy to have E-tickets for city in fact wont be surprised if it becomes a normal thing in future like every other buisness uses mobile phones to do tickets it's the future like it or not...

Paul, I'm with you on this (not only because it is good for the environment)
I see it as the way forward in football, as it is in other sport and entertainment sectors
Those who occasionally give their tickets to others when they can't attend can still do so; via text
My current undersranding is the club are still intending to post out cards at the earliest possible moment and the issue isn't (disappointingly for some) is not at the CCS
