There was much concern expressed on this forum prior to the season's KO about the lack of investment in the squad about, taking cheap options, relying in kids and MM being just a puppet for Tan.
Having watched the start of this campaign having played 5 games winning 3 and drawing 2, perhaps people should get back to the idea that MM was right to say he was more than happy with the squad. Given the financial issues that football has had to deal with over Covid, just maybe we have slipped below the radar and assembled a very good squad for a good dart at this year's championship.
Its becoming increasingly clear that senior players like Mosso, Pack Ralls and Flint are right on the money, the younger players are quickly learning the craft on the job and there is good organisation throughout the team. Well done so far MM and the coaching team for assembling a good squad that has spirit and is not short on skill.
PS when Pack is playing like this then we are certainly not short of creativity
