The trouble is we start every game with such a defensive mindset, that we frequently have to chase the game 2nd half.
Instead of “if we don’t play well, don’t get beat”
Why not… “don’t worry about what they do, let them worry about what we can do!”

With this mindset you draw more games than normal which means you've Lost more points than if you win and lost games.. we lost out last season because we drew to many games... may have only lost 3 in 24 last season under him but it didn't get us top 6 as that stat said it should have done ...
