Barcelona have announced that they are over £1.5BILLION in debt

Asking players to take wage cuts over and over again to register their new signings

A massive club but seems as though they are an absolute mess from within

Basically they are trading "insolvent" and as such such should face the consequences which they wont. Real Madrid are equally insolvent yet continue to trade or play. Remember UEFA is a totally corrupt body will do zip, equally no Spanish bank will shut down the two most famous clubs in Spain.
