We are very organised and I can see us being there or there abouts at the end of the season . Great performance today should of been a lot more ,moore is the key, keeping hold of him is a must ,he's a different class .

Not many on here have talked about us being up there this season. Said it on another topic but I watched a stream but someone told me that Jeff Stelling on Sky said:

Think we are going to need to be lucky with injuries. We struggled last season when we lost key players.

Winning breeds confidence, and if we can be top 6 by mid Sept then we could build up momentum, even given for the lack of quality. Warnock did it by winning his first 5.

A very good result today. Just as happy with the clean sheet tbh after Cambridge and Exeter seemed to breach us with ease.

Success this year will be based more on defence than anything else.

Exactly and we got moore

I remember back the 70's and 80's when Liverpool were winning everything pundits would state that any good team must have a strong spine, Goalkeeper, Centre-back, Midfielder and Striker

We have Phillips as a great keeper, Morrison as a solid CB, Pack pulling strings in midfield and Moore scoring upfront.

Maybe I am over simplifying things but we do have a strong spine.
