After 2 games

Sat Aug 14, 2021 4:01 pm

No team has 2 wins. Going to be another tight division

Correct, a lot of people are saying the relegated teams stand out but I don't really agree.

I think promotion (and relegation) is there for anyone to take this season.

Fulham and wba will be the teams to beat if your ahead of any one of them you are likely to be top or 2nd

Maybe but I still think the jury is out on them.

For the last few years, everyone has said Brentford were certain to go up but they faltered for a couple of years before needing the play-offs to go up last year.

Everyone said Bournemouth would go up last year as well.

Has to be remembered that if the Championship is nothing else, it's unpredictable. That hasn't changed even with the increased parachute payments or teams keeping most of their players.

I'd still put my money on Fulham and WBA going up comfortable.

The best we can be are the dark horse as a few are already making us out to be. If we avoid a bad run like we did under Harris then just perhaps we will get promoted.

Ned previous seasons relegated clubs had kept their squad basically intact very rare thing to happen?
result two of those teams were promoted automatically 1st time ever this as happened and Bournemouth blew it .. but previous teams to keep their squad together have been promoted as well the 3 relegated teams have by enlarge same squad with some additions..... so this season would expect all 3 to be challenging top 6 at least my only doubt is sheff u.....

Got to agree, particularly after watching the first half of Swansea v Sheff Utd which had to be one of the most boring games I've ever seen. Having said that, it's early days and points can depend very much on who's played who. I'd still think we need to get some more ball control and creativity into midfield so that we can vary our game.
