Noticed in mid week took look at stats there the same for the 3 clubs? So on that basis city should be above them by virtue of c is b4 m

Don Goodman on Sky is spot on with his comments just now.

Swansea have dominated possession in the first 25 minutes but Ramsdale in the Sheffield United goal has had nothing to do.

Doesn't matter how nice your style of football is or how many passes you make, if can't put the ball in the net.

Swansea's new goalkeeper looks like an accident waiting to happen as well.

65% possession H-T no attempts on target or as commentator said no worthwhile effort on goal? Reluctance to put ball in middle prefer to play backwards and sideways... looking at stats same as just week twice as many passes as opposition nearly double possession but at moment more likely to score in brothel.... having said that Sheffield not got going yet and cannot be any worse this half.

Totally agree.

Expect more from Sheffield United in the second half but at least they had two shots on target.

Swansea just don't look like scoring. They heavily relied on Ayew last season but he's gone now and they haven't really replaced him properly.

Only 2 crosses in box not sure how you score if dont get into opposition area? But their fans love possession football at any cost.... people complain about our style but at least get shots on target and do score very well as previously stated 2nd & 4th best scorers last 2 seasons. Can tell boring game no action to describe... :laughing6:

Probably, seems like one of those games!

Seriously though, can't see them troubling the top half if they play like this all season. Taking far too many risks.

Would rather watch us than them.

Very poor game.

Both teams don't look good. Sheffield United still haven't scored in two games this season.

McBurnie losing his temper again and booked for kicking the ball away.

Well that was exciting! but seriously if this us their saying playing the swans fans better get a lot of coffee in to keep them awake?
We may not be best team to watch style wise but I would hate to have to watch 90mins of passing between themselves..... yes early in the season and for him but this is his style of playing so swans fans better get use to it.... and all this against a poor sheff performance :old:

Ned do u realise we havent mentioned V.A.R yet? At last they seem to have got a handle on the cheaters in both games I've seen var spent seconds looking at things even offside not mentioned by var :D but the pundits in commentary dont know what a foul is as every tackle in box would been a penalty last season according to them !

All Championship teams played twice, but nobody has won twice. Normal Championship then!

Agree about the pundits.

I was watching the game last night and waiting for the massive VAR mistake. Same again today.

But to be fair to them, it's been a good start. Maybe what Riley, Oliver and Taylor said in that interview they are actually going to do.

Quick decisions, no ridiculous offsides, offside flags going up early when a players is clearly offside and not giving penalties for anything.

So far so good but the big game of the weekend is Spurs v Man City tomorrow and they normally wait until the big game to make the mistakes
