It is hard to believe some of the things which are coming out. Apparently the scumbag who killed these people (including a 3 year old child) had his firearms certificate reinstated after taking an 'anger management' course after being involved in an assault.
Why anyone who lives in a residential area needs a firearms certificate (and thus a gun of some sort) is beyond understanding.

Can talk about the mindless decision of how the police reinstated his firearms license.
But my thoughts are with the victims' families.
I hope they get the privacy they deserve as they grieve.
