Osian Roberts Confirmed

As Crystal Palace assistant manager - worlds worst kept secret.

Last post was with Moroccan FA - I think he would have been a good appointment for city two years ago when he left the Welsh FA

I'd always hoped he would come here , will be interesting to see how he gets on.

I mean Trollope did so well.

When he was at Wales, he was at the pinnacle of his career. He has a habit of speaking out of turn as well.

A lot wanted him to join us and it didn't happen.

But in truth, it's not like he's gone on to a glittering career since then.


Not surprised he's gone to Palace, I think he's mates with Patrick Vieira. Must have been from when Vieira did his coaching badges in Wales.

To be honest haven’t got a problem with giggs what he does in his private life his nothing to do with me great player and done well for wales so far but I couldn’t understand why Osian roberts left just because giggs got the job ahead of him osian was a big part of the welsh set up and should have stayed or taken a club job but to go to work for the morrocan fa I couldn’t understand that good luck to him at palace

Osian did not leave straight away he stuck around for a couple of years before going to Morocco...and you cant just take a club job ,you have to be offered them.....
