Child season ticket on adult account

My son's season ticket is on my account ,he hasn't got an email address , I've had my digital ticket link but not his ,will they send a paper one ,or have I got to download it myself ,

Had similar problem but with an adult ticket but they sent txt with other seat not sure by design or luck? .... it could be it's on ticket but hidden within link... I would ring them to make sure as I know they are using new system and nothing is straight forward with city....

Thanks , just been on the phone to them took an hour to get through ,they sent a text but it hasn't come through,so they printed paper ticket off to pick up tomorrow if it doesn't come through on phone

That's good but make sure get there early as sure to be big que at collection booth
